Vtg Allis Chalmers Independence Plant, Form IN 455 Order No Tag + Parts Bag, Plastic Packing List Enclosed (Opened).Heavy cardboard tag from the Independence Plant, Cottage at Hayward Ave, Independence, MO 64051 and has Our Order No 1-33-49895 (in pencil) and Your Order No 2948 (in pencil). Sold to Bleach Bros Inc, Holland, IND 47541. Form is curved/bowed, stained, darkened with a bluish textured area on top and bottom of tag. No rips or tears. Original Allis parts bag which was just opened to fix something on an Allis implement. Bag has been opened and cut, dirt, etc. Please see photos. Selling as is.
