This real photo postcard (RPPC) is captioned \"Main buildings, St. Helena Sanitarium, Sanitarium, California.\" The Sanitarium was built in 1877 by the Seventh Day Adventists. It is now known as Adventist Health St. Helena Hospital, and is located in northern Napa County. The card was posted in 1943 with a Sanitarium CDS cancellation.
The card is in the posted condition shown in the photos. It has sharp corners and minimal, if any, edge wear. No tears, creases or other defects are noted.Please see the full description and all photos of the actual item you will receive to confirm that the condition is suitable to your needs
