This is a vintage, unused, full and complete matchbook from a vintage roofing and sheet metal contractor- (doesn’t even say a city!), that has a 5 digit phone number and is from the 1930’s, as it can be dated within a range by the patent info behind the sticks. This is a gorgeous XL Jumbo Christmas/Holidays feature matchbook that is unstruck, and it is an authentic front striker. In good unused condition- no major marks, tears, stains or other aesthetic or function-related issues, although there’s a little bending and discoloration on corners/striker/matches due to age and storage. Some of the red outside has been rubbed white (please see pics), but overall in good shape for its age. All matches are still intact, and the feature is still bright and clear! It’s by Lion Match Company, known for their high quality! A hard to find vintage gem.
