Vintage signed Carved Wood Koi Carp Fish Bookends with carved shell-like Fins:

Here is a very nice pair of Carved Wood Fish Bookends. Not sure the type of fish could be Koi or Carp or something completely different. These fish have carved fins. I\'m not sure what material...could be shell or some kind of plastic. Idon\'t think its Bakelite or Lucite. They also have red beaded or glass eyes. One bookend is signed. Can\'t make it out completely. Looks like the initials k c m or r c m. Then Made In..... could be USA or Italy...can\'t make it out. There is some wear on the fish tails where they may have rubbed up against a wall. Otherwise, all else is good.
