Vintage reclining chubby baby on lotus flower Chinese porcelain intricate design:

The resting baby appears to be a girl with her hair in two buns, and she is wearing pajamas. Her features are delicately sculpted and the painting is intricate in its design. She is surrounded by colorful flowers, and a large butterfly rest on her back. There are similar figures out there, but I have not been able to find another exactly like it. There is a hand painted mark of the artist or studio on the bottom.
Is it old, like, hundreds of years old? I don\'t think so, but it could be 40-50 years old...it is definitely not new. It is in good condition, with only a couple of spots of missing glaze.
