The artist painted this piece on hardboard--likely usung gesso before beginning I do not know this artist, but the painting is signed. Colors are muted. I took a couple of these photos under daylight and the window panes are the dark lines through the photo. The young native American has stopped by a lake to give his horse a drink of water. Behind him are mountains and he appears to be riding through a disiduous forest on a beautiful day.The frame is not expensive. New owner would likely want to change the frame--or I could send without the frame and safely packed.25 inch by 22 inch by 1.75 inch.I am selling it to buy an Asian water color.
