Vintage machinist's fishtail v-block, unbranded, good conditiion:

Here's a little fishtail V-block, apparently made by a machinist with the initials "GHD".The v-block section is 2 5/16" long; total length is 3 1/8". Width is 1 1/4", and height is 1 3/16". Weight is about 15 oz.The clamp is 2 3/4" tall from the top of the threaded boss to the bottom of the hooks.The screw is 3 1/4" long, and is missing its turning handle. The top is nicely knurled.Both the block and the clamp are darkened and discolored with age and use.There is a very small chip at the bottom of the V on one side, and some small dings on both sides toward the bottom of the V.
