In good condition. Not really sure the backstory behind this piece, was part of a family member\'s collection. It has some words engraved, probably the artist name, but I can\'t make it out. It might say \"Dubi Scharf\" but I\'m not sure. I am also not 100% what it is, it looks like a whistle with two holes on the bottom and one in the mouth of the animal, but when blown there is no sound (it has been sanitized/cleaned since trying). It resembles a dragon to me, but it may be another creature. Has beautiful hand carvings and details. It\'ssmall about 2 1/4\" long. Does not have any damages, cracks, or chips.
