Vintage c.1940\'s Coin Silver Navajo Handmade Concho Style Blouse Pin Brooch:

Very vintage (c.1940\'s) and gorgeous, Navajo handmade sterling or coin silver concho style blouse pin. 

You can imagine the proud Navajo woman in her velvet blouse wearing this brooch as the centerpiece of the highly decorated clothing.  It is exceptionally ornate, with lots going on.  A raised button is at the center of a star motif that radiates outward with a deeply stamped starburst pattern that is encompassed by more expert stampwork and a scalloped border.  A truly \"explosive\" design!

Approximate measurements are 2 ⅝\" X 2 ¼\".  Weighs approximately 24 grams.
