Vintage Woven Brown & Black Leather Police Slap Jack Sap 8 3/4 inch with lead head spring and leather covering and strap. The head was covered in electrical tape and now needs a new piece of leather attached and sewn in.

Vintage police blackjack. It measures 8 3/4 inches with the strap being 8 inches. Very early variety and All original, strap is in very good condition. SEE PICTURES
