Up for your consideration is a vintage World War I French Officer’s pocket barometer in the original box. Rare to have the original box. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This has been displayed on my office for many years. This should be thought of as a display piece. These old pieces will occasionally react to the changing weather however, they are rarely accurate. The needle on this piece will occasionally dislodge from its center hole if handled too roughly. It can be manipulated back into place with a little patience. It may dislodge during shipping to be warned. A nice conversation piece for the deal or a rare piece to add to your collection. This vintage French brass barometer is a unique and rare find for collectors of scientific instruments.
