This vintage nutcracker set is a beautifully crafted piece that is perfect for any occasion.
The round bowl measures 5 inches in diameter and the hammer 7 inches in length. The awesome set is made of hardwood that has been hand-carved with a lovely nature motif on the handle of the hammer and inside the bowl. I am not sure of specific species, but it is very dense and smooth w little to no grain showing, just incredible quality!!
The set includes both the bowl and a matching handmade wooden hammer each with solid brass surface for the cracking of the nuts as well as silver tone nut pick.
The nutcracker set has a retro theme and was produced in the 1970s using hand-turning and carving techniques.
It is an original, that is perfect for collectors and enthusiasts. The set is in good condition, with signs of wear, as it brought much joy over the years! It will make a great addition to any kitchen or dinner party!
