I have not seen one like this, that I recall the design is definitely Italian or Roman. Even there is an urn that sits on a column, both of which are porcelain and the column sits on a metal base painted gold at some point in history, but it is cast metal And it has a nice finial that is also white good medium size lamp dimensions in the pictures and I’ve looked this thing up and down and cannot find any chips or cracks in the porcelain the base could use a repainting if you so desire I would leave it as is I like the patina
