Vintage West Virginia Mountaineers Shelf Clown Hard Plastic Heirloom. Purchased at an estate sale in good condition. This is the cutest clown figure. This is a rare hard to find collectible item representing West Virginia University. This comes with holding a West Virginia flag made of felt. The arms have arms attached to a wire under the cloth. The base is a hard tube that helps it sit up. No holes in the material. The hat has 1 hole and looks like it was once glued on and no longer stays on the head from the glue. This is not to be found anywhere else. He sits about 8" tall with his hat on. He is all around dusty from storage.
