These Vintage Cigar Boxes feature the White Ash and Senate Club Brands and are a great addition to any Cigar Box Collection! The White Ash and Senate Club Brands were made by the H.E. Snyder Cigar Company, Inc. in Perkasie, PA.
WHITE ASH VERY MILD PERFECTO CIGAR BOX:This rare 5 Cent White Ash Cigar Box measures about 8.9\" x 5.6\" x 2.5\" and is in good condition (subject to opinion) considering its age. This box is from Factory No. 875 (1st District PA) and has a Copyright Date of 1928 and could date back as far as the 1930\'s when Snyder started selling the White Ash Cigar for 5 Cents. An internet source states that the White Ash Cigar started selling for more than 5 Cents in the late 1930\'s, however, the revenue stamp that has been removed could be a style of stamp used after 1942. The box has stains and discoloration from age along with some wear and small tears around the edges. The binding is in tact with only a small incidental tear in one corner. The inside of the box has some stains and discoloration but not too bad for its age.
SENATE CLUB FLOR FINA CIGAR BOX W/ PARTIAL REVENUE STAMP:This 5 Cent Senate Club Cigar Boxmeasures about 8.9\" x 5.6\" x 2.5\"andis in good condition(subject to opinion)considering its age. This box has a partial revenue stamp that appears to be from 1954. The boxis from Factory No. 875 (1st District PA)has stains and discoloration from age along with some wear around the edges. The bottom has some stains and surface tears. The binding is in tact. The inside of the box has some minor discoloration but not too bad for its age.
