Vintage Village Blacksmith Diamond Tested 329 Butcher Chefs Knife 17.75\"L:

• Approximate weight is 8.5 ozs
• Measures approximately .875\" x 2.25\" x 17.75\" total, including the handle and blade. The portion of the metal blade that is sticking out of the wood handle measures approximately 1/8\" x 1-5/8\" (at widest point) x 12-3/8\".
• Condition: In vintage or antique pre-owned used condition with wear including scratches, dents, dings, abrasions, scuffing, dirt, dust, grime, fingerprints, many marks on the surface of the metal that feel like slightly rough patches on the finish when rubbed with a fingernail, the wood handle is faded with little or no finish left, the brass rivets have verdigris/green gunk on them, there is a small crack/split in the end of the handle, the blade is stained, dulled, dented, dinged, has fine scratching all over, and many marks/areas of dulling on the surface, patina, tarnish, oily residue, the makers marks on the handle and blade have faded and/or are worn down, I do NOT know if the metal blade can be restored to a useable condition, rough edges, gouges, dents, pitting, heavy surface wear and overall wear from age and handling. • Marks: The blade is marked with a diamond shaped logo and text VILLAGE BLACKSMITH DIAMOND TESTED, the wooden handle is marked 329 VILLAGE BLACKSMITH
• Materials: Unknown wood handle, brass rivets, unknown silver tone metal blade that is possibly carbon / steel but I cannot guarantee as I wasn\'t able to find a catalog reference for this design/model/mark
