Hi, i am selling some of my odd items that I have collected over the years. Here for sale is Vintage Very Rare & Unusual WW1 Anti Aircraft Battery Competition Shield- 1918. A superb wooden shield bearing a central silver shield surrounded by 12 smaller shields each stamped with silver markings. Given as a prize to winners of a monthly artillery loading competition between August 1918 and July 1919, the last award taking place in December 1918, the month following the Wars end. Very interesting artefact in lovely condition. Please see photos for condition and sizing as these form part of my description. What you see is what you get. One of many items for sale on my site.
