Vintage Vermont Souvenir Piggy Bank Small 3.5 Inch Very Good Condition:

This littlebank is in very good condition but has a couple of flaws. First, the stopperhas been pushed inside. I did not try toremove it for fear that I would damage the stopper. It has been inside the bank for 30 years orso. Second, it has what appears to be astrange bubble pop on his right rear lower hip.This discolored the finish as is evident and distracts from the item It isthe “standard” small sized bank of approximately 3.5 X 3 X 2.5 inches.

Between thelate 1980s and the mid 1990s, my mother-in-law traveled with her sister andbrother-in-law, in an R.V., from Alaska to Key West and from SouthernCalifornia to Maine. She brought me piggy banks.

All of thepictures of these banks were taken in the full Florida sun (or partial sun asthe summer clouds passed over) inside my pool cage. Many of the photos have a pattern of lines onthe banks from the cross bars in the top of the cage. None of these banks have any crazing that Ican see. If you compare the lines that appear on the banks between or among thedifferent pictures you will see that they move around. Any and all flaws that Ican see are pointed out in the individual descriptions.
