This listing is for an Old Vintage Venetian Murano Italian Art Glass Large 11\" (28.5 cm) Tall Footed Vase. I believe it was made by Salviati. It features 2 applied clear glass flowers on the sides with aventurine gold flecks. Brilliant ruby red color with diamond quilted optic pattern. Crimped ruffled top rim. Folded / rolled foot edge. Hand blown with rough pontil on bottom of foot.
It is in very good condition overall. Top rim and foot edge are perfect. But there are some larger chips to the flower petals (photos 21-24). No chips to either leaf. No other issues. Very clean and shiny. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item).
It is big, thin, and fragile weighing over 1.25 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed.
