This is a souvenir model made by Soviet construction department and has been used as a gift item for VIP visitors. It has plexiglas base. Dates and months tunes manually. Made of steel and plastic. Very rare and unique souvenir of ussr times. Only one in its kind. It has a clock which needs service. We have no idea how it is set and we keep it as it is.
