You will be buying a Vintage UNCOMMON Stephens Royal Twist Filler Navy Blue Fountain Pen, GT (RESTORATION PROJECT)
English Made, Uncommon model possible produced by Stephens for the French Market at the time, The cap is in very good to excellent condition however the cap rings are loose as shown in the images, The nib, ink feed & grip appear to be in very good to excellent condition (not dissembled,) The nib reads "Stephens Warranted 14 ct," The grip unscrews nicely from the barrel, the old ink sac has been removed, inside the pressure bar is complete, The barrels engraving is quite crisp again as shown in the images, The twist filler knob works well and you can hear the pressure bar moving up and down when its deployed, The pen measures 140mm capped, 162mm posted, width (at the base of the cap) is 13mm.
