Pencil has been sharpened. Celluloid has some rust on chrome clip and slight discoloration.This listing is for one (1) topper and pencil. This is the actual item you will receive.Pencil including eraser measures approximately 7 1/2 inches long and 1/4 inches thick.
Celluloid topper measures 3/4 inches across.My father and grandfather owned a feed mill and service station and this was in their inventory when the mill and garage were sold.I am not an advertising seed or feed expert.
