This is a Three States Mixture tobacco tin. Kentucky, Virginia and Louisiana. On the front side are the three states seals. Made by the Harry Weissinger Tob. Co. and The American Tobacco Co. Successor. There is a partial tax stamp which came loose with a number “8” on it. The tin lid has some minor dents and creases but still closes. There is some minor rust.
