How to make sticky rice1. The rice about 0.5 - 1 kg. Should be soaked in water for 4-5 hours or overnight (New rice soak for 1-2 hours) and use some white cloth to wrap the rice before steaming.2. To fill the water about 2-5 cups as appropriate (water level should not reach to the rice) in aluminium pot and then put the bamboo basket into rice cooker or placed on a general steamer, looking for a steaming lid until the sticky rice is cooked.
