Vintage Condition.
The finish may be able to be cleaned up more, but I cleaned it a little.Looks like it wants to shine a little more with a deeper cleaning.Wood base on bottom has cracks in it, but still sturdy (photos 10 & 12).Doesn\'t seem like it really needs to be fixed (no wobbles or anything).The brass parts at the top are all discolored.It has been tested and works.I have many things listed. A huge variety.
