Vintage Sterling Silver B-58 Commemorative Fastest Flight Cufflinks 1961 IOB:

In very nice pre-owned never worn condition with a nice patina. Cufflinks are in the original box which does show scuffs and wear. The original legend giving information on the B-58 that these cufflinks were on board the 1961 fastest flight is included. The cufflinks are in never worn but pre-owned vintage condition and I think look better in person than pictures show. Face of each link reads as follows: Fastest U.S. to Paris USAF B-58 - 3 HR 19 MIN. MAY 1961 with a depiction of the B-58 and on the other FIRST NON-STOP U.S. TO PARIS SPIRIT OF ST. LOUIS - 33 HR. 20 MIN. MAY 1927 with a depiction of the Spirit of St. Louis. I think these are really special. The tops tested Silver using the black stone and acid method, but the link clasp did not test silver, they weigh 21.9 grams and are each hallmarked Sterling.
