Vintage Steel Plated \"Jumping Toothpick\" Paddles /Rare Collectable, in very good condition. Comes with two 4\" L x 1\" W steel plated paddles, with 3 small holes on each paddle.
One paddle has 3 holes going straight throughThe other paddle has three holes on one side of the paddle off set from the three holes on the other side. One of the 3 holes is blocked out on each side of this paddle.
Effect: A Paddle is shown which has 3 small holes running through on each side. A spectator picks any no. from 1-3. A tooth pick is passed through the selected hole, pushed through as far as it can go and broken off. Spectator is shown that the tooth pick, passing through the paddle is through the same hole on both sides. Then with a \"Magic\" flick move, the tooth pick jumps from one hole to the next, and is shown to be in the new position on both sides.
Working: Show un-gimmicked paddle. Then when reaching in pocket for tooth pick, switch to gimmicked paddle. Spectator chooses a no. from 1-3. What ever no. is selected, count with tooth pick to end with a middle or top hole. Push tooth pick through and break off. Use paddle move to show tooth pick is through the hole and in the same position on both sides. Then with a flick move, tooth pick magically jumps from top to middle or middle to top. Follow with the paddle move to show same on both sides.
