7 inches tall by 5 inches wide, 1/2 inch thick wooden plaque, hand painted on front and 3 edges. Artist painted signature on back. Medium reddish-brown stain on back and bottom edge. Free standing plaque. Needs hardware to hang on wall, needs nothing to stand on table or shelf.
