Cosmetically in very nice condition the rotor mechanism seems to be under some resistance motor turns fine when I turn chrome dial on side but then the needle mechanism doesn't move so I think this just needs some attention and it should function nicely, motor seems good, zigzag dial seems to be jammed and generally I just don't know how this unit is supposed to work , all the inner workings that you can see when you open the unit look in excellent condition. So it likely needs the usual service and is sold as is. Please see photos as they are part of the description. Thanks for looking.
