A Rare Vintage Soviet device for transistors parameters determination and testig. This device is an attachment to multimeter, so you need a multimeter to use it. Model R4340 (Р4340 in russian). This device is new, newer used, with original box, user manual and test leads. 1986 year of production. Produced in USSR.
