I believe this is a German WW2 lapel medal/pin. It bears the Holy Roman Empire Eagle common on most German/Austrian memorabilia. I was hoping to get better advice as I have reached the limits of my research ability. The back is blank with just corroded copper/plates medal. Thanks everyone!
