Rare vintage for antique holder for lighting candles. Silver metal and bone. We have not seen this particular type before. Silver not tested. In working order. The upper part shortens to hold different size candles. The handle has a delicate cutouts design of leaves and vines. The upper part is engraved with a geometric pattern. We do not know the age or material of this piece. Appears to be 1960s or earlier.
