This is a paper sewing pattern for a very versatile pattern that can make either a 1940s Nurses' Uniform or day dress. It has been adapted from an original 1943 sewing pattern.

The shirtwaist dress includes long cuffed or short sleeves, optional pockets at bodice front and skirt hip, a gored skirt, and a full button-down front.We have also included a nurses' hat pattern to complete the ensemble, should you wish to make a full costume.
We also have the matching Red Cross apron pattern available.
