Estate sale find. This had a little note inside that said the make date was 1913-1928 Mahogany with a original price of 32.00.Neat and with a clean working movement. Winds and sets properly. with pendulum and winding key (you wind it counter clockwise.
In overall excellent as found condition with no damage issues or repairs that I can see.I think that this was originally a reddish mahogany finish but it may have faded so it looks more oakish in color but a nice patina nonetheless.Could use a good cleaning as some dust which i will remove before. NO odors and a clean original varnish interior. Smoke and pet free Estate.Nice old and honest piece.
Original reverse painted glass and overall a very nice vintage piece that shows well.Approx. 24X12 inches.
