I have searched the internet and have not found this vase. The style is Italian and the finish is a Satin Peach Bowl with the casing on the outside, while the inside is a wonderful bright Orange/Pink color. When a spot light is placed not the top, the entire base glows in a soft orange-pink color.
The long style neck and teardrop shape makes me believe this could be from an Italian.
It could also be late Victorian style from around 1900 to 1920. Those makers are Mt. Washington, Webb, US Glass, and Tiffin.
This is an exquisitely made vase, done only by a master glass blower.
It is in very nice condition - no chips or cracks...some minor wear marks around the base.
Size: About 13\" tall and about 4\" at the widest point.
