We hope you enjoy our quirky store. We ship quickly from Santa Rosa area of Northern Ca and it gets quickly to SF which is a hub for the country and it starts it journey. That being said USPS has been finicky and some packages just take awhile regardless of when you send it. Also packages do get lost occasionally but in that case we can file a claim with USPS and you will get your money back. Just be sure you're using the correct address when you purchase as that is something we cannot change once you purchase.
If it is an expensive product and you have less than 20 response please send us a message to confirm you're a real buyer after purchase.
We do care about our response and you will see most of our customers are really happy and I have fun talking to people and answering questions / connecting with community. The occasional negative response is part of doing business and also people usually wanting money back without having to return a product. We will ask for the return to be sent back 95% of the time, unless it was damaged during shipping and can be shown with photos.
