This is a roundwhite milk glass figural Christmas light bulb with a happy smiling face on front and back. It has no cracks or chips and just a few slight wear spots on the paint, consistent with it's age and use.
It has been used, and is being sold as is.
Without the threaded part, the character is about 2 inches in diameter. The threaded base is stamped 120 V Japan. It is used, and is being sold as-is. This bulb does light up, and the first two photos show it lit in actual use.
