Mouth and ear piece are different color than rest of phone. These pieces can be screwed off for repairs or to replace. See photo.Phone comes from the 415 Area Code, San Francisco Bay Area, Marin County, Golden Gate Bridge, etc.
Note: I was able to find and will include a telephone cord that you can hook up to the wall from the phone.Note: Not tested yet. I will try to get it tested then change the remarks here.
