I see no other chips, cracks, or hairlines. Some manufacture glaze skips here and there. 9 1/2\" in height to top of lid knob. 7\" in width. No makers mark. Local pickup available. No International shipping. I do not ship on Saturdays. Item is from a non-smoking home.
