Red light is a flasher light for example when stranded on the side of the road - you can adjust it to act like a hazard flashing light.

Please see all pics! Minimal wear. Minor ding/wave on the chrome colored rim of the flashlight casing around the lens. Some very minor surface rust is present. No cracks or chips. Shadows and glares are seen in pics from lighting.
