Plate is yellow/ black.Please look closely at all pictures.
This plate has some rust, and screw holes at bottom have been \"stretched\" out- see pictures.
There is a crease at top middle and a spot lower right near screw hole that is flared out a bit.
Back of plate minimal rust- most at screw holes.Plate would need a bit of adjusting to lay flat.. I have done a quick clean and knocked off loose paint- may need a bit moreShips USPS ground advantage.
