This is a signed Pilot Namiki pen as pictured with signature .Unknown Japanese theme.Minor dent on the metal cap as in picture nothing significant considering its age.Cap does screw in properly to the bottom barrel but there is a small crack on the cap due to age as highlighted in 16th picture.ink cartridge / filler replaced .The pen does write when ink is filled but there is leakage of ink from the nib when pen is shook.Sold as is for repair .There is a small hole on the bottom part .
