This is great collection of military ephemera from an identified soldier in the Spanish American War including a cabinet card photo of said soldier. Also includes a record sheet from a genealogist. Also included is a document where he donated a large piece of land in Geauga County in Ohio, for a memorial forest in honor of his late wife. It was to be maintained as a forest with no destruction of trees beyond normal pruning. Next collection, beginning with 2nd group of pictures. It is the father of the the previous soldier complete with his picture, genealogy , and documents. He served as a major in the Civil War. Everything is included, making it quite a collection.
