Vintage Photo at the Papal Villa in Castelgandolfo by Guiseppe Felici/cir.1925:

This photo was brought over from Italy by my grandparents post World War One. They from Italy, like many, to escape from the Rise of Fascism and they brought this photo with them.

The sequence of Photos that I have posted going from left to right is the Photo in it's frame, The Photo out of it's frame. Photos three and four are from left to right in two photos to encompass the entire image.Photos five and six are two more photos capturing the entirety of the image.Photo number seven on the lower right hand corner of the image is that of the famous Vatican Photographer, Giuseppe Felici's Studio.Photo number eight on the reverse lower right hand corner is the title of the photo which in Italian says " Photographia Pontifica" which means The photo of the Pope and cutoff is the studio location in Roma or Rome.I do not know which person in the Photo is The Pope as there are literally a couple of hundred Pilgrims, Clergy and Vatican Guards in the Photo.This Photo is around 100 Years Old and it from the original Negatives that are buried in Archives of The Vatican somewhere according to Rodolfo Felici's email. I can ship the frame and glass or without. This Photo deserves a nice Frame! The size is almost 20 inches in length by 8 inches in height. Of course it is a Panoramic Photo.I've contacted various photo collections, photo Archives including The Vatican's and the are no Original Prints of this Image anywhere that I can find. 

I am attaching a scan of an actual email that I received from the Third Great Grandson of the photographer,Giuseppe Felici and is the current owner of the Family Studio that has been in business since 1863! He describes the photo's history, contents and it's authenticity. Also a little personal story of a falling out it seems that The Vatican had with the Studio very recently.
