This is a Vintage Peerless JT 602 12 Transistor FM AM Radio Made in Japan. I did test it. When I have the AM station on I can hear the station but very very lightly. I couldn’t get any FM stations to come in. If I put my ear up to the speaker you could hear static as I tuned through the stations. The antenna pulls all of the way out. It’s dirty, nicked, scratched, shows wear, when I separate the two pieces of the radio it doesn’t snap together so it is very loose fitting. There are two pretty decent sized chips. I think the pictures look a little better than the item especially the first few. Operates on a 9V battery.
