A vintage gold-tone two heart Paper Mate ballpoint pen plus three double heart powerpoint refills (blue, medium point) dated 1983 (unopened; new old stock).

The pen was obviously well-loved and used as much of the gold \"plating\" is worn from its surface (the pictures make it look more intact than it is - if you\'ll zoom in you\'ll see loss of color where your hand/fingers hold a pen when writing). It works just fine, and the clip is tight and in nice condition for a pen of this age.
