This vintage Norwegian hand-carved wooden figurine depicts a skier in the mid 1940’s. On the ski’s is written “Hilsen Fra Oslo”. “Greetings from Oslo”. His body is all hand carved wood with the added sweater, pants, mittens and backpack. The blue on the pants and backpack appear a little faded. This is in amazing condition for its age and will be a unique addition to your collection. The figurine is an original piece from Norway and is perfect for collectors of decorative collectibles. The wood material and intricate carvings make it a valuable sculpture to display in any room. The figure comes from a time period of the 1940’s and is a great representation of Norwegian art.
