Vintage Necchi Sewing Machine Accessories, Stitching Cams Misc:

This is well out of my area of expertise so please feel free to message me with specific questions.

Seems to be multiple cams. Some of which are on the stitch pattern pieces. The cams in the case slots are all there, but I don’t know about the ones marked 0. They are just small discs.

I also don’t know if the feet are original to the set. One piece is marked Greist and another Made in USA

Only one needle in one of the Necchi packs and four on the other. Assorted needle pack made in Belgium, missing one

No tears in case but could use a little TLC
