Offered here is a vintage MINIATURE MORTAR AND PESTLE that measures about 2" tall, including the pestle. It is in very good condition and is marked inside the mortar with an Angel Blowing a Trumpet (see last photo). The variety (and similarities) of pewter marks always baffle me, so I won't even offer a suggestion as to what those numbers mean.Though not specifically marked Pewter, I am assuming it is because this piece is from a collection of pewter miniatures that I had the opportunity to purchase some years ago. Now I'm at that age in life when it's time to start letting go (something I should have started years ago!), so the pewter miniatures will be listed on over the next days or weeks.
