Good Condition. No chips, cracks or hazing. This compote has a strong vibrant red color and a silky smooth surface!
I turned this compote every which way to show its amazing condition. Any and all the white marks you see are just reflections of my light set up. This piece can have an orange tinge in some lights and in others it is clearly a deep blood red. Such is the magic of Viking Glass!This compote measures 4 inches, more or less, or 10.16 cm, more or less, from the foot to the ruffled rim.
This compote measures 6 1/2 inches or 16.51 cm in diameter at the top rim.
It measures 3 1/8 inches or 7.9375 cm in diameter at the foot rim.
This pretty red compote was made in the 1960s by the Viking Glass Company. This glass has a raoffer fan base (and who can blame them with quality like this?) collecting all things made by Viking and no collection is complete without this compote!

I store my items in sealed bins with charcoal to eliminate odors.
